NEPSE plunges 37.06 points on Thursday 

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 37.06 points to close at 2238.62 points on Thursday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 4.34 percent to close at 432.55 points.

A total of 4,674,940 units of the shares of 232 companies were traded for Rs 1.65 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red in today’s market.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3.18 trillion.

Meanwhile, Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 10 percent. Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) was the top loser as its price fell by 7.13 percent.
