1 killed, 3 injured in Bajhang jeep accident

BAJHANG: A person died on the spot and three others sustained injuries when a jeep carrying Nepali Congress Bajhang district President Khadak Bohara and his family met with an accident in Bajhang on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Binod Bohora of Surma.

The jeep (01-001 Cha 0095) was heading towards Dhangadhi from Surma of Bajhang when the incident occurred near Deulekh Bazaar in Bithtadchir Rural Municipality-4 at around 12 : 45 PM last night, police said .

Similarly, the injured have been taken to Dhangadhi for treatment.

Police are further investigating the case.
