Dhanusha LRO chief Jha arrested along with Rs 500,000 bribe

JANAKPURDHAM: A team of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse and Authority (CIAA) arrested the chief of the Dhanusha Land Revenue Office Sunil Kumar Jha along with a bribe of Rs 500,000 on Monday.

The team deployed from CIAA Bardibas Office caught Jha with the bribe money received from a service seeker.

He was arrested from a tea shop at Bhanuchowk in Janakpurdham this morning. 

Further investigation into the case is underway, police said.
