1 killed in tipper accident in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU:  A person died in an accident that occurred at Nangebazar in Kathmandu on Friday. 

The deceased has been identified as Kiran Banskota(20) of Thakre rural municipality-9 in Dhanding district, said the police. He was the co-driver of the vehicle.

The incident occurred when the tipper (Ba 4 Kha 6379) fell 100 metres off the road last night, police said.

Police are further investigating the case.
