NEPSE plunges 14.88 points on Monday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged 14.88 points to close at 2498.53 points on Monday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 2.46 points to close at 466.56 points.

A total of 3,429,917 units of the shares of 226 companies were traded for Rs 1.58 billion.

All the sub-indices saw red in today’s market.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3.54 trillion.

Meanwhile, Rastra Utthan Laghubitta Sanstha Limited (RULB) and NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiye Sanstha Limited (NESDO) were the top gainers today with their prices surging by 10 percent. Citizens Mutual Fund was the top loser as its price fell by 5.66 percent.
