Man nabbed for killing wife with sharp weapon in Budhanilkantha

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man for killing his wife by attacking her with a sharp weapon in Budhanilkantha of the Capital on Thursday.

Bhakta Bahadur Thapa (21) of Katari, Udayapur and currently residing at Chunikhel of Budhanilkantha Municipality-13 killed his wife Laxmi Tamang (24) over a family dispute last night.

Incapacitated in the incident, Tamang was rushed to a hospital but breathed her last in course of treatment.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
