Nepal logs 65 new cases of Covid-19 on Sunday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 65 new cases of Covid-19 on Sunday. No deaths were reported today.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 6,304 swab samples were tested through the RT-PCR method, of which 59 returned positive.

Likewise, 1,641 underwent antigen tests. Of them, 6 returned positive to the virus.

Similarly, 191 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are 4,917 active cases of Covid-19 as of today.

On Saturday, Nepal reported 73 new Covid-19 cases. No deaths were reported yesterday as well.
