Birgunj mayor Sarawagi joins CPN-UML

BIRGUNJ : Mayor Vijaya Sarawagi along with four ward chairmen of Birgunj metropolitan city joined the main opposition CPN-UML on Saturday.

During a program organized at Birgunj today, CPN-UML chairman KP Sharma Oli welcomed mayor Sarawagi to the party.

Sarawagi was elected mayor of the metropolitan city from the tickets of Janta Samjbadi Party(JSP).

Similarly, some leaders of JSP along with the mayor have also joined CPN-UML today.
