Nepal records 570 fresh Covid-19 cases, 6 deaths on Thursday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 570 new cases of Covid-19 along with 6 deaths on Thursday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 9,789 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.

Similarly, the Ministry said that 1,993 infected people have recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours.

A total of 164,000 people have received Covid-19 vaccines in a single day.

There are 16,616 active cases of Covid-19 as of today.

Meanwhile, Kathmandu Valley reported a total of 199 new cases today. Of them, 162 cases are reported in Kathmandu, 28 in Lalitpur and 12 in Bhaktapur.
