Nepal records 836 fresh Covid-19 cases, 4 deaths on Saturday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 836 new cases of Covid-19 along with 4 deaths on Saturday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), out of 4,240 tests that were conducted through RT-PCR, 491 returned positive while 2,394 underwent antigen tests, of which 345 tested positive.

The Ministry said that 1,826 infected people have recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are 26,102 active cases in the country as of today.
