CCMC recommends government to remove odd-even rule for public transport

KATHMANDU: The Covid-19 Crisis Management Centre (CCMC) has recommended the government to remove odd-even number plate system for public transport.

A meeting of the CCMC held on Friday made such recommendation, spokesperson Sunita Nepal told Nepal Press over phone.

The meeting, however, has recommended the government to continue odd-even rule to the private vehicles and taxis.

Nepal said that the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Centre (DCCMC) make take the decision to remove the rule on the recommendation of the CCMC.
