Maoist Centre calls Central Committee meeting for February 10

KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Centre) has called a Centre Committee meeting for February 10.

Issuing a circular on Saturday, Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal called the meeting for February 10.

Elections of office bearers, politburo and Standing Committee were also mentioned in the circular.

The meeting will also divide the works by giving full shape to the Central Committee.

Similarly, the in-charge of provincial committees, district coordination committees and departments will remain the same until the next decision of the Central Committee.

The general convention that was held in Kathmandu from December 26 to January 3 concluded by announcing the Central Committee.

According to the party statute, Central Committee will elect the office bearers.

The new committee has already nominated Pushpa Kamal Dahal as the chairman
