Student union leaders smear black soot on face of Nobel Medical College operator Sunil Sharma

KATHMANDU: Leaders of a student union smeared black soot on the face of Sunil Sharma, an operator of the Kathmandu Medical College and Nobel Medical College, at Singha Durbar on Friday.

The leaders smeared the black soot on the face of Sharma while he was coming out of the ministry after holding a meeting with the students and the minister regarding the fee dispute being charged by the medical college.

Police have arrested five student leaders for misbehaving Sharma.

CPN (Unified Socialist) student leader Sudesh Parajuli said that  Mahesh Shrestha and Amar Pun among others were apprehended for their alleged involvement in the incident.
