1 killed, 1 injured in Kailali motorcycle-crane collision

DHANGADHI: A person died and another was critically injured when a motorcycle  and a crane collided with each other at Lamki in Kailali on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Neghulal Chaudhary of Belauri Municipality- 5, Kanchanpur, the District Police Office, Kailali, said. Chaudhary was the rider of the two-wheeler. 

The incident occurred when the motorcycle (Se 4 Pa 6021) heading towards west from east collided head-on with the crane (Ra 1 Ka 1130) today.

Critically injured Chaudhary died on the way to the Tikarpur Hospital, police said.

Similarly, pedestrian Bhuwan Singh Bhat was injured in the incident.

Police are investigating the case.
