1 killed, 2 injured in Dhading road accident

Dhading: A person died and two others sustained injuries in a road accident that took place near Bihani Pump of Gajuri Rural Municipality-2 along the Prithvi Highway on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Suk Bahadur Chepang(33) of Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality-10.

The accident took place when a motorcycle (Ba 44 Pa 9836) and a scooter (Ba 63 Pa 4834) collided head-on and the motorcycle got hit by another truck (Na 6 Kha 749) in an instant this morning, said Jageshwar Bhandari, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office.

Similarly, Surendra Waiba(25) of Siddhalek Rural Municipality -1 and Sonam Ghale(28) of Gajuri were injured in the incident.

Police are further investigating the case.RSS
