Man held for attacking son with acid in Solukhumbu

SOLUKHUMBU: Police on Monday arrested a man on the charge of attacking two people including his son with acid at Salleri in Solududhkunda Municipality-5 of Solukhumbu district.

A police deployed from the District Police Office, Solukhumbu arrested Mohan Baraili (50) after he attacked two people including his 25-year-old son with acid under the influence of alcohol last night.

Initially, both of them were rushed to the District Hospital in Phaplu. Later, the district hospital referred them to the Bir hospital in Kathmandu for further treatment.

Police are looking into the case.
