1 killed, 1 injured in Pyuthan jeep accident

RUPANDEHI: A driver was killed and the conductor injured after a jeep they were travelling in meets with an accident at Bukeni in Pyuthan on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Gorakh Pun(29).

The ill-fated jeep(Ra 1 Ja 1992) was heading towards Khalanga from Bukeni when the incident took place this morning.

Bibek Nepali (16) of Pyuthan, municipality-4 was injured during the incident.

Police informed that the injured has been brought to the district hospital, Bijubar for treatment.
