Man kills wife in Dang

RUPANDEHI : A man killed his wife by attacking her with a plank in Gadhuwa Rural Municipality of Dang on Sunday.

According to the District Police Office (DPO), Dang, Sunita Rokka(50) died on the spot after her husband Dhan Bahadur Thapa (60) under the influence of alcohol attacked her with the plank following a domestic dispute.

It has been learnt that the woman is the second wife of Thapa.

Police said that Thapa fled the scene after the incident and they are searching for him.
