Prez Bhandari offers Tika to her younger brother Degendra Pandey (With photos and video)

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari offered Bhaitika to her younger brother Degendra Pandey at the auspicious hour of 11:02 am on the occasion of the Bhai Tika on Saturday.

President Bhandari extended blessings and offered fruits and bhai masala. On the occasion, Pandey also offered Tika and garland to President Bhandari.

Pandey reached Sheetal Niwas this morning to receive Tika from his sister.
