UML’s statute convention concludes, to hold 10th general convention in Butwal

KATHMANDU: The first statute convention of the CPN-UML has concluded on Sunday by announcing to hold the 10th national general convention in Butwal.

The general convention has been scheduled for the first week of December.

Speaking at the concluding ceremony of the jamboree held at the Sunrise Convention Centre in Godawari, Lalitpur on Sunday, party Chairman KP Sharma Oli said that the 10th nation general convention will be held in Butwal.

He said that the party will focus only on general convention after concluding all level of conventions.

Sher Bahadur Tamang, Secretary at the central office, said that the statute convention has also decided to focus on garnering majority votes in all the three level of elections.
