Grade 12 exams postponed indefinitely
Kathmandu: The National Examination Board (NEB) on Saturday postponed the examinations of Grade 12.
A meeting of the National Examination Board (NEB) held on Saturday decided to postpone the examinations until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Chandra Mani Paudel, Chairman of the NEB said. The examinations were scheduled to start from August 15.
The NEB said that it will made public the schedule of the examination 15 days before the exam date by observing the situation.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health and Population had directed the Covid-19 Crisis Management Centre (CCMC) and the Ministry of Education to halt all the examinations following the resurgence of novel corona virus cases.
