COVID-19 and Vaccine

Prime Minister: Vaccines to arrive day after tomorrow

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the required vaccine against COVID-19 will arrive the day after tomorrow.

Speaking at the central meeting of the CPN-UML in Baluwatar, Oli, who is also the party president, gave the information. PM Oli said “Vaccines are no longer a problem. The sufficient number of vaccines will arrive the day after tomorrow.”

Stating that there was a problem when the second dose of vaccine did not come from India as per the agreement, Oli said that some  leaders from the different party were lobbying not to give the vaccine now but to give it only when they form their government. Accusing the leaders of the opposition of trying to lead the country towards violence, Oli said that the prohibitory order was eased for the same reason.
