Bodies of 17 Nepalis brought back to Nepal from Malaysia

KATHMANDU: The bodies of 17 Nepalis who went to Malaysia for employment and died due to various reasons have been brought home. Their bodies were brought to Nepal on Saturday by a widebody Aircraft of Nepal Airlines.

The aircraft had gone to Malaysia on Friday night to bring back the bodies of the deceased. The airline has taken the initiative to bring dead bodies to Nepal.

Karishma Shrestha, the spokesperson of Nepal Airlines, said that the bodies of the deceased youth were brought to Nepal from Malaysia as a gesture of social responsibility and not for profit.
