Durga Prasai announces to bear entire medical expenses of Ujjwal Thapa

KATHMANDU: Durga Prasai, executive director of B&C Medical College, has announced to bear the entire medical expenses of the former president of Bibeksheel Sajha Party, Ujwal Thapa.

Prasai has announced that all the expenses incurred for the treatment of Thapa, who is undergoing treatment at Medicity Hospital after falling seriously ill due to a COVID infection, will be borne by B&C Medical College.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Prasai said that he would pay for the treatment of Thapa as part of his social responsibility after the Bibeksheel Sajha Party appealed for financial assistance for his treatment.

He has also mentioned the mobile number of the contact person Pramesh Giri for the amount to be spent on the treatment.
