KATHMANDU: Opposition parties have decided to protest in the Parliament against the government decision to dismiss Nepal Electricity Authority Managing Director Kulman Ghising.
Concluding that the government removed Ghising from the post of Managing Director of NEA by violating the law, the meeting decided to protest against the decision, Rastriya Swatantra Party leader Santosh Pariyar said.
“Government’s recent activities and decisions were discussed in the meeting. The government decided to remove Ghising with the power of a two-thirds majority. We have decided to take this issue to the House,” he said.
