NOC Mahendranagar fuel depot employee Verma murdered

JANAKPURDHAM: Rakesh Kumar Verma, an employee at the Mahendranagar-based fuel depot of Nepal Oil Corporation has been murdered on Friday.

Verma, a permanent resident of Siraha Municipality-3, was murdered by another employee working at the same depot by attacking with a shovel this morning.

Police informed that Prakash Yadav of Sabaila Municipality, Dhanusha murdered Verma.

DSP Ranjan Awale said that Verma was murdered at around 10 am today.

Police have arrested Yadav and taken ahead the investigation.

The deceased’s body is still at the incident site.

Yadav and Verma had a dispute over cleanliness at the office on Thursday.

According to police, he may have been killed for the same reason.
