Ward Chairman Yadav found dead along Bardibas-Jaleshwor road

JANAKPURDHAM: Ramgopalpur Municipality-2 Ward Chairman Mukesh Yadav has been found dead along the Bardibas-Jaleshwor road of Mahottari on Sunday.

DSP Santulal Jayaswal of the District Police Office, Mahottarai informed that Yadav was found dead near the culver of the road this morning.

According to him, a motorbike was found near the incident site which lies in the Bardibas Municipality.

Bardibas-Jaleshwor road section has been obstructed after the body of ward chairman was found.

A team led by DSP Jayaswal is investigating the incident.

Eye witnesses said that the incident is suspicious.

“We cannot say anything right now. We are investigating the case,” DSP Jayaswal told Nepal Press over phone.
