NC to hold CWEC meeting on Wednesday
KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has called the meeting of its Central Works Execution Committee on Wednesday.
The meeting scheduled to take place at the residence of party President Sher Bahadur Deuba at 9 am is expected to discuss the latest political developments in the country, according to NC Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel.
On Monday, the two largest parties in the federal Parliament, NC and the CPN (UML), agreed on a power sharing deal, aiming to form a new government under the leadership of UML Chair KP Sharma Oli.
The agreement has been signed by NC President Deuba and UML Chair Oli.
Both parties have agreed to form a government of national consensus with the agenda of amending the Constitution.
