After Maoist Centre, CPN (US) ministers removed in Sudurpaschim

DHANGADHI: Sudurpaschim Province Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah removed Minister for Economic Affairs Naresh Kumari Shahi of the CPN (Unified Socialist) from the ministerial position on Thursday.

Two days ago, the Chief Minister had sacked Minister for Social Development Jhapad Saud, Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Ramesh Dhami and Minister for State Gita Mal of the CPN (Maoist Centre).

With the exit of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and CPN (Unified Socialist), the Nepali Congress has fallen into minority.

Congress has 18 lawmakers and Nagarik Unmukti seven.

Twenty-seven lawmakers are needed for government formation.
