Acting PM directs govt team to conclude talks with protesting teachers today itself

KATHMANDU: Acting Prime Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka has given necessary suggestions and a direction to the government team to take the talks with agitating teachers to a logical conclusion today itself.

Government talks team coordinator Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha, Law Minister Dhan Raj Gurung, Education Minister Ashok Rai, Communications Minister Rekha Sharma, Chief Secretary Baikuntha Aryal and departmental secretaries held a meeting to discuss the issued at the Defense Ministry this morning.

During the meeting, the leaders discussed concluding the talks by addressing the legitimate demands of the teachers today itself.
