COVID claims two lives in Butwal on the same day

RUPANDEHI: Two COVID patients have died in Butwal, Rupandehi district. A man from Pyuthan Swargadwari-9 and a woman from Rupandehi Tilottama died at the temporary COVID Special Hospital in Butwal. 

The deceased have been identified as a 43-year-old man and a 71-year-old woman, said Dr. Bishnu Gautam, spokesperson of Lumbini Provincial Hospital.

Spokesperson Gautam informed that the infected woman from Pyuthan, who was admitted to the hospital after the PCR report came positive on 23rd March, died at 5 am on Monday and the woman admitted on 5th April died at 7:23 am on Monday.
