1 killed, 39 injured in Baitadi bus accident

KAILALI: A person has died and 39 others sustained injuries when a bus they were traveling in met with an accident at Melauli municipality in Baitadi on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Umesh Bhandari of Pancheshwar Rural Municipality-6.
The bus (Lu 2 Kha 2011) was heading towards Mahendranagar from Pancheshwar Rural Municipality-3 when the accident took place in Swakhani of Melauli Municipality-7.
The injured have been taken to Kesharpur Primary Health Center in Melauli.
