Chinese PM Li Qiang congratulates PM Dahal

KATHMANDU: Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang congratulated Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal by sending a note on Friday.

Acting Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Wang Jin, met PM Dahal in Baluwatar today and handed over the note, according to the Chinese Embassy.
