RPP unveils election manifesto, vows not to engage in game of power politics

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) unveiled its election manifesto for the elections to the House of Representatives and Province Assembly on Monday.

Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden made public the ‘smart manifesto’ amid a program organised at a banquet in Thapagaun, Baneshwor this afternoon.

On the occasion, he said that the party would not engage in the game of power politics.

The party has advocated for the monarchy as a parental institution and a directly elected executive prime minister in the country.

The RPP, which stands in favor of a fully proportional parliament, has floated a proposal to dismiss the provincial system.
