Ghanshyam Bhusal common candidate of ruling coalition
KATHMANDU: Ghanshyam Bhusal, who had left the CPN-UML, has said that he will contest the upcoming election as an independent candidate from Rupandehi Constituency-1.
It has been learnt that the ruling coalition will help him in the election.
Bhusal, who had left the party on Saturday, said so by organising a press conference at his residence on Sunday morning.
He said that he will contest the election to the House of Representatives as an independent candidate with an aim to unite the left parties.
Bhusal said that he will file his candidacy today as an independent candidate supported by the ruling coalition.
During the press conference, Bhusal said that the ruling parties will help him in the election.
He further said that the CPN (Maoist Centre) had urged him to contest the election under the party’s election symbol.
Bhusal said that he, however, has decided to contest the election as an independent candidate.
