Deputy Mayor Sunita Dangol sets out to monitor markets (With photos)

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City Deputy Mayor Sunita Dangol has set out to monitor markets on Tuesday.

Deputy Mayor Dangol along with the officials of the Market Management Department of the metropolis monitored the Tukucha-based vegetable markets, food shops and meat shops this morning.

Dangol said market monitoring will not only be targeted for Dashain but will be regular from now onwards.

She said that action will be taken against those found selling sub-standard food items.

The deputy mayor has been given the responsibility to monitor the markets.
