Oli recommended as HoR member candidate from Jhapa-5

KATHMANDU: CPN (UML) chairman KP Sharma Oli has been recommended to the member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Jhapa constituency-5 for the November 20 HoR election.

A meeting of the District Coordination Committee held on Monday recommended Oli as the sole candidate from Jhapa-5, said Coordinator Tulsi Karki.

The party has also decided to contest the elections by making Oli the candidate for Prime Minister.
