NOC hikes prices of petroleum products

KATHMANDU : The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) increased the price of petroleum products on Monday.

The state-owned monopoly has decided to increase Rs 2 per litre in the price of petrol, Rs 9 per litre in diesel and kerosene.

According to the new revised rate, the petrol will cost Rs181 per litre while, diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 172 per litre.

This has been effective from yesterday midnight.

The NOC, however, didn’t make any adjustments to the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
