UML emerges victorious in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City 

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has won both mayor and deputy mayor in the Tulspur Sub-Metropolitan City in Dang.

UML candidate Tikaram Khadka has won the mayoral post with 31,408 votes.

His closest contender Gehendra Giri of the Nepali Congress (NC) got 27,717 votes.

Similarly, Syani Chaudhary has been elected as the deputy mayor. She got 30,597 votes.
