KATHMANDU: Independent candidate Balen Shah has been maintaining the lead in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
Shah is leading by 3, 552 votes.
He has garnered 7, 544 votes while CPN-UML candidate Keshav Sthapit secured 3, 982 votes.
Nepal Congress candidate is in the third place with 3, 486 votes.
