KATHMANDU: Independent candidate Balen Shah is leading the vote count by a wide margin in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
He received 2, 139 votes. CPN-UML candidate Keshav Sthapit has garnered 1, 199 votes.
Nepali Congress candidate Srijana Singh is in the third place with 1, 057 votes.
