Renu Dahal files candidacy for the post of mayor in Bharatpur

KATHMANDU: Renu Dahal filed her candidacy for the post of mayor in the Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Chitwan on Monday.

Dahal from the CPN (Maoist Centre) and Chitrasen Adhikari from the Nepali Congress filed their nominations for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City this afternoon.

Dahal, daughter of Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal, was the former mayor of Bharatpur.
