NEPSE rises 101.07  points on Sunday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 101.07 points to close at 2667.97 on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

Similarly, the sensitive index rose 16.37 points to close at 509.90 points.

A total of 9,022,890 units of the shares of 228 companies were traded for Rs 4.87 billion.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3.78 trillion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw green in today’s market.

Meanwhile, Asian Life Insurance Co. Limited (ALICL), Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (JLI) and Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited ( SLI ) were the top gainers today with their prices surging by 10 percent each.
