Nepal records 155 fresh Covid-19 cases, 2 deaths on Saturday

KATHMANDU : Nepal recorded as many as 155 new cases of Covid-19 along with two deaths on Saturday

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 5,152 swab samples were tested in the last 24 hours.

The Minsitry said that, 2,239 tests were conducted through RT-PCR, of which 101 returned positive.

Likewise, 2,919 underwent antigen tests, of which 54 returned positive.

Similarly, 540 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are 8,839 active cases of Covid-19 as of today.
