Oli directs leaders to launch strong movement against govt’s conspiracy to delay local elections

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has urged the party’s sister organisations to launch a strong movement in order to force the government to hold the local level elections.

Oli on Friday called party’s some leaders and urged them to stage demonstrations in such a way that the government would be compelled to hold the local level elections.

Saying that the government has been hatching a conspiracy not to hold the local level elections, he directed Khagraj Adhikari, Bhanubhankta Dhakal, Gokul Banskota and Madhesh Basnet among other leaders to launch a strong movement.
