NEPSE drops by 30.51 points on Wednesday
KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the sole secondary market of the country, plunged by 30.51 points to close at 2,803.62 points on Wednesday.
A total of 16,147,390 units of shares of 229 companies were traded for Rs 8.03 billion.
Similarly, the sensitive index fell 6.99 points to reach 521.88 points.
In today’s market, all sub-indices saw red except for Trading, Manu. & Pro and Investment.
At the end of the day, total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3.96 trillion.
Meanwhile, Corporate Development Bank Limited was the top gainer for today, with its price surging by 10.00 percent. Himalaya Urja Bikash Company Limited was the top loser as its price fell by 6.21 percent.
