Government launches free bus service inside TIA (With photos)

KATHMANDU: Following complaints from the people that the taxis being operated in the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) are charging exorbitant fares, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation (MoTCA) has started free bus service inside the internal terminal of the airport.

Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Ale inaugurated the service today.

After inaugurating the service amid a function by cutting ribbon, Minister Ale travelled up to the golden gate of the airport in a microbus full of passengers.

Along with the free bus service, the Ministry has also managed a place for the passengers to take rest.
