Couple found hanging in Morang

BIRATNAGAR: A couple was found hanging from a tree in Patharishanischare, Morang.

Ajay Tudu of Patharisanischare-5, Morang and Jabumuni Hasda of Gaurigunj Rural Municipality-2, Jhapa were found hanging. Both of them were married.

Police informed that they were hanging from a Pithari tree on the bank of Bakraha River in Maulibari, Patharishanischare Rural Municipality-5.

According to DSP Mohan Bikram Dahal of the Area Police Office, Pathari, they were found hanging from a tree using a nylon rope.

Police said that they were informed about the incident by the locals.

The incident site is 1 km south from the house of Ajay.

Jubamuni’s husband Kancha Tudu is abroad for foreign employment.

Ajay has a wife and two sons in his house.

Preliminary investigation of the police suggests that they were in extramarital affair.
