Couple found hanging in Sinamangal hotel

KATHMANDU: A couple was found hanging at a hotel in Sinamangal, Kathmandu on Sunday.

Police said that the couple was found dead in a room of the Janmabhhumi Hotel this morning.

According to a preliminary investigation of the police, they may have committed suicide

One of the deceased has been identified as Ramesh Majhi, who appeared to be in his mid-20s, of Sunsari and the identity of the woman is yet to be established, police informed.

They reached the hotel at around 6 pm on Saturday.

They were found hanging with a white shawl from the railing of the veranda.
