Three dead after being swept away by flooded river in Baglung

BAGLUNG: Three persons have died after being swept away by Bandre river in Baglung Municipality-4, Baglung.

The deceased have been identified as Arjun Sapkota (23), Abhisekh Regmi (22) and Kamal Sapkota (20), DSP Pratap Paudel of the District Police Office, Baglung said.

Arjun and Abhisekh died after the floods swept away a motorcycle (Dha 2 Pa 8010) and a scooter (Dha 1 Pa 9996) last night.

DSP Paudel informed that the body of Kamal, who went missing after being swept away by the floods, was found 500 metres downstream from the incident site.
